2012 HOF Voting Results

January 19, 2013. Cooperstown, NY. The 2012 class of the United Baseball Association’s Hall of Fame is a class of one – superstar catcher of the defunct MLB and Chicago White Sox Carlton Fisk. Fisk enters the Hall on his 14th try, and sports a career batting average of .284, OPS of .797, with 376 HRs, 1,330 RBIs and 128 SBs. Catcher Jorge Posada (71.4%) and outfielder Carl Everett (71.4%) both narrowly missed having their name called this year. Catcher Gary Carter timed out; qualifying for the ballot for 15 years but never getting enough support, and will be removed from future consideration.
