Pittsburgh agrees. Thome is a fantastic hitter but this gives us a bit more wiggle room budget-wise and allows Jim to pursue a starting role. Kirkland and Moreno are two prospect our scout likes a lot so we're going to take a chance on them. Pleasure doing business.
