Where are the Hitters & Pitchers going to like it?

Both Eastern divisions are pitchers park's overall, while the West and Central are hitters parks, but Aaron Central and Ruth West are basically neutral.
Overall the only HR friendly division is the Aaron West and that only for LH. BA wise both Easterns are below average with the Aaron West hitters getting the biggest boost. Every park is 1+ in 2b's and triples with the West Divisions being the 'least' hitter friendly.
Overall, HR's may be a little harder to come by 6% and 8% vs LH and RH respectively. LH in general will have an advantage over RH.
