Trading Rule Vote: Player to be Named Later

I'm ok going in any direction, I've had enough feedback to warrant a vote on the matter. League majority (13 votes) needed to change the rule.
Please share any thoughts below.

I went with option 3 though I personally prefer allowing picks to be traded, at least for the next draft , preferably 2

Traded draft picks are a pain in the ass for commissioners so I definitely wouldn't support that. Especially 2 years. But all recent draftees should be able to trade. The reason for the rule in real life isn't applicable to the game

The rule of allowing PTBNL in a trade is removed and replaced with allowing recently drafted players to be traded.
