A new setting for OOTP 17 allows for the user to play as "GM only" but retain full control of lineups, rotations, and rosters (unless you manually assign these tasks to your staff). This allows us the benefit to hire a Manager who has his own strategic and developmental tendencies. OOTP 17 also introduces a relationship model between Staff and their players. Please vote to decide which setting you'd like to move forward with in our conversion.

I'm not going to be 100% impartial here. I would GREATLY PREFER switching to GM only

I would also prefer to be GM only, this new option in 17 can greatly help influence the players on the team
