Vote: Add House Rule for Rule 5 Eligibility

Are you guys ok with adding a house rule of the following:

"No player 22 years old or younger can be drafted in the Rule 5 draft, regardless of professional service time in game. Any player drafted from this protected age group will be returned immediately. Consistently ignoring this rule can result in the enforcement of financial penalties at the commissioner's discretion."

Why? We've had issues since the beginning on players importing into our amateur draft pool with service time, so I have to manually edit players at each Rule 5 draft. Additionally, IAFA players in your complex will now start accruing professional time at the time they enter your complex, not when they get promoted out of it. Considering that change was forced on us and we have already been operating under the impression those players could remain there free of any professional clock starting, this will help negate the impact of the OOTP change.

Yes, this rule is added and will take effect immediately.
