RC Selects Rookie Star of the Month Thursday, August 1st, 2019 Youngster Fernando Tatis Jr. emerged as the latest Ruth Conference Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Atlanta deserved the honor, batting .280 with 8 home runs and 27 runs batted in. Is the month of July a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Tatis Jr. enjoy the limelight. So far this year Tatis Jr. is batting .280 with 8 home runs, 27 RBIs and 22 runs scored. |
