Ysmael Marifosque Lost for Season Wednesday, May 23rd , 2029 Ysmael Marifosque has to call it a season. The Palo Alto Pranksters reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Florida Flamingos and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Marifosque was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 13-14 months. This year Marifosque has collected 2 saves in 21 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 3-0 won-lost mark with a 2.51 ERA and fanned 20 batters in 28.2 innings.
