Super Swinger -- MacFadden Slams 5 Hits Wednesday, August 4th , 2032 It was high-fives all around for Craig MacFadden at Aces Ballpark today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Sonora Sol. MacFadden smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 8-7 win. "Craig was hitting everything," said Aces manager Marvin Benard. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Sol manager Chris Clapinski told BNN beat writers that MacFadden "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, MacFadden oversleeps next time." Craig MacFadden singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 9th. Presently MacFadden is batting .313 and has collected 4 home runs, 44 RBIs, .357 OBP and scored 40 runs. |
