Led by Brandon Marsh, the Nevada Nighthawks defeated the Cardiff Bay Barrage, 8-3. Marsh was 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Nighthawks. With the win, Nevada raised its record to 71-46.

Nevada took a 6-1 lead on Marsh's 8th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Edgardo Velásquez in the top of the sixth, propelled Nevada to the win.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Marsh told the Nevada Gazette.
