Playoffs? No Chance for Cape Fear Friday, September 3rd , 2032 The Cape Fear Carnivores will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2032 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Cape Fear was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Cape Fear last appeared in the postseason in 1995. This is their 37th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 37 times in their 38-year history. |
