Ducks Mathematically Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 8th , 2032 The Oregon Ducks were certainly not a team of destiny this year and now they have been eliminated from playoff contention. "We thought we had a better chance than this," said shortstop Jorge Tapanes. "It's a big disappointment." Oregon last appeared in the postseason in 1997. This is their 35th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 36 times in their 38-year history. |
