Hit Streak Now at 20 for James Tuesday, September 14th , 2032 Stephen James's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Oregon. The 24-year-old left fielder extended it once again today, this time bringing it to 20 games with a 1-for-4 performance against the Hollywood Stars. The Ducks took the game, 3-1. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Stephen James singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. Presently James is batting .316 with 148 hits and 15 home runs. He has knocked in 67 runs and scored 55 times. |
