McCormick Tosses 6-0 Shutout for Hollywood Tuesday, September 28th , 2032 The Hollywood Stars rolled to an easy 6-0 win over the Yakima Valley Pippins at Gilbert Park today. Leading the way to victory was starter Bill McCormick, who shackled the Yakima Valley Pippins and held them scoreless on a 5-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," McCormick said in his postgame press conference. This season McCormick has compiled a 10-13 mark with a 3.94 ERA in 37 starts.
