Steelheads Celebrate Wild Card Win Sunday, October 3rd , 2032 The Seattle Steelheads certainly made things interesting. The Ruth Conference West Division club have battled to the bitter end and have come up with a wild card berth. "It's satisfying to clinch the playoffs so late in the season," said starting pitcher Jorge Andrés. "You start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even make it." But the Steelheads have in fact made it, with their 90-70 record holding up to now give them a chance at the franchise's 1st United Baseball Association championship. |
