Trouble in Yakima Valley, Robertson Suffers Setback Monday, October 11th , 2032
First Daniel Robertson got hurt and suffered a broken bone in the elbow. Now he is going to miss even more games. Treatment was going well until yesterday when the Pippins shortstop overextended himself in a workout and suffered a setback. The Yakima Valley medical staff have now revised his recovery time to at least 9 months.
Daniel Robertson is expected to undergo surgery in Yakima(Washington) tomorrow.
This season Robertson has banged out 50 hits in 271 at-bats for a .185 average with 4 home runs. He is getting on base at a .280 pace and his totals also include 24 RBIs and 31 runs scored.
