Champions Move on to Final Four Series Tuesday, October 19th , 2032 Juan Maldonado said his Pittsburgh Champions simply weren't ready for the season to come to an end. "We told ourselves we were winning this series no matter what," he said, shortly after being named the Elite Eight Series MVP, following a 9-2 win at SunRays Stadium that officially eliminated the Orlando SunRays, 4-2. Maldonado said his team is "confident and ready" for the Final Four Series. The Pittsburgh Champions will play against the Portland Sea Dogs in the next round. Portland won their series against the Palo Alto Pranksters 4 games to 0. The Final Four Series schedule will be announced after the Elite Eight Series finishes.
