At age 37, many would be surprised to see Raul Mondesi still contributing strongly in United Baseball Association.

But not only did he contribute, the Yellowknife Thieves shortstop was at the top of the sport, winning the 2032 Aaron Conference Most Valuable Player Award.

He captured the award with a .303 batting average and a .346 on-base percentage this year. In 153 games he piled up 193 hits, 23 doubles, 17 triples, 21 home runs, 100 RBIs and 95 runs scored.

Cliff Simmons of the Palo Alto Pranksters finished second in voting, while Bobby Dalbec of the Omaha Mammoths finished third.
